Lean IT
The objective of the innovation initiative “Lean IT Technologies” pursues the effective combination of IT work models (SOA architecture, development and maintenance outsourcing) with the fundamentals and practices of agile development, thus designing a new methodology that establishes principles basics that make it possible to combine both paradigms together within the same project. The software systems built under this new approach will thus exhibit the virtues of both models: greater speed in development and delivery of value to the client, along with great solidity and the centralized control typical of the SOA architecture.
